Stage 4 and Stage 5 are application-based. Here is how to begin.
Not every application is accepted. Not because the ecosystem is exclusive for its own sake — but because transformation requires readiness. And readiness is assessed before access is confirmed.
Apply for Stage 4 — RAS Architect Program
Stage 4 is for operators who have completed Stage 3 — or who can demonstrate Stabilizer-level operation with documented evidence.
Applications are reviewed. Selected applicants receive a 30-minute Stage Readiness Conversation before enrollment is confirmed.
Applications are reviewed within 5–7 business days. Selected applicants will receive a Stage Readiness Conversation invitation. Not all applications proceed immediately — timing is based on cohort availability and applicant readiness.
Apply for Stage 5 — RAS Authority Operator
Stage 5 is for operators who have completed Stage 4 and can provide documented evidence of Architect-level economic and operational transformation.
Every Stage 5 applicant completes a full Stage Readiness Conversation before access is confirmed.
